5/25 -- VERY GOOD

"Salmonflies and stonefly time on the Pit River. Seems like a lot of different fly patterns are working through out the day. Big stonefly patterns all the way down to #18 Zebra Midges. The fishing has been great."

5/11 -- GOOD

5/6: "Springtime weather and great water conditions define the Pit River this week. Fishing has been mostly good, but a few tough reports have been floating around. Tough wading can be held responsible for those less than great reports."
