Salmonflies fading. Smaller nymphs, stimulators, dry golden stones. Lull in mid-afternoon to evening.

No reports since 6/30. Slight downgrade due to information void. Call ahead. Could be doing fine.

7/1 -- GOOD

Undamaged by rains (spring creek). Small mayfly nymphs, stones (wet and dry), caddis. Slow in afternoon. Great year so far for this water.

6/28 -- GOOD

Nymphing best (pheasant tails, copper johns, the usual suspects). PMD's, callibaetis, residual salmonflies. Rain(!) through wednesday will alter the equation even more in favor of nymphing. Call ahead.

Water in great shape. Salmonflies, caddis, PMD's, golden stones, baetis. Best in am and pm.

Best fishing in recent years. Weather shifting into summer pattern. Lots of insects: PMD's, green drakes (waning), BWO's, baetis, caddis; salmonflies infiltrating.

Sunny and warm at last. Nymphing below the powerhouse. Stones in riffle above the lake. Valuable clues to find your treasure.

Warmer, sunnier. Nymphing best, below powerhouse. Small nymphs, some stoneflies. Green drakes in riffles.
